Holiday house housekeeping guidelines

• Arrival and departure

 

On the day of arrival you can enter the house between 4 and 10 pm, other hours on request, earlier drop off of luggage is possible after agreement of the owners.

​

On the day of departure we ask you to leave the house before 10.30 am. Check in and check-out at dffierent time is only possible after agreement of the owners.

No refund will be made in case of early departure.

• During your stay

 

Guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum from 10.30 pm, so as not to disturb the other residents in their night's rest.

Children are very welcome but must be supervised by parents at all times, especially around the pool..

 

Regrettably, for hygienic purposes we cannot allow pets on our premises.

Smoking is not allowed in the holiday house, due to the persistent drought, we always ask you to use an ashtray when smoking in the garden and never to extinguish the cigarette directly on the ground!

The owner is not liable for damage, loss or theft of the users' property.

All risks related to a stay are borne by the users.

Damage and loss must be reported immediately and reimbursed to the owner (see guarantee € 200).

• Swimming Pool

 

The swimming pool is open every day from the 1st of May until the 15th of October, between 10.30 am and 9 pm.

French legislation does not permit drinks and food to be consumed by the swimming pool, therefore, we have created various seating areas in our garden.

Drinks may only be drunk from plastic cups (these are available in the kitchen). NO glass is allowed at the pool, this is dangerous and invisible in the water!

• Confidentiality

 

Gite Madeleine will use all personal data provided or become known to it exclusively for the mandatory night register, treat it confidentially and not make it freely available to third parties.
